Questions we get a lot.
Do you remove the old flooring?
Yes. We tear out and haul away your old floor as part of the job, and it's included in your written quote.
Do you move furniture?
Yes. Let us know what's in the room when we measure and we'll plan for it.
Do you install on stairs?
Yes. Stairs, landings and transitions are part of what we do every week.
Is the installation warrantied?
Yes. Our installation is backed by our workmanship warranty, and the material carries the manufacturer's warranty. We'll go over both with your quote.
How soon can you install?
Most of what we sell is in stock, so timing usually depends on installer availability. You'll get a firm install date in writing with your quote.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Ask about financing when we measure, or mention it in your quote request.
